1. The service
DocPulse lets you upload PDFs, create tracked links, and view analytics about who opens them. We may change or discontinue features over time.
2. Accounts
Sign-in is passwordless via a one-time link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Only upload documents you have the right to share.
- Do not use the service to harass, deceive, or distribute unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Tracked-link analytics are for your own documents and recipients; don't use them to surveil people in ways that violate applicable law.
4. Billing
DocPulse Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Free accounts can track a limited number of documents; a credit is consumed the first time a document is viewed and is not restored by deleting it. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to documents you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store and serve them to the recipients of your tracked links and to provide the service.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
7. Email
Transactional and notification emails come from our support address. Please whitelist support@docpulse.net so sign-in links and open notifications reach your inbox.
